QWALLET is the native utility token for the Valis Wallet platform within the Qubic ecosystem. The token distribution included an initial fundraiser.

While QWALLET is designed to enhance the user experience within the Qubic network, it currently does not have utility but is positioned for future functionality as the platform develops. Some features under consideration include:

• Utility Token: Used for transactions within the Valis Wallet platform.
• Incentive Mechanism: Rewards users for participating in the Qubic network.
• Integration: Will be used across multiple Qubic services and applications.

Half of the 67.6 billion QWALLET tokens were distributed through an initial fundraising event, which ended on May 15, 2024, at midnight UTC.

• Duration: The fundraiser ended on May 15, 2024, at midnight UTC.
• Participation: Users participated by contributing Qubic tokens (QU) to receive QWALLET tokens in return. Contributions were sent to the following Qubic address:

• Allocation: Half of the total QWALLET tokens (33.8 billion) were shared among the contributors. The remaining half will be used for expenses and as incentives for the decentralized infrastructure.
• Funds Raised: The fundraiser successfully raised nearly 100 billion QU. Specifically, 99,984,053,373 QU were raised, falling just $100 short of the 100 billion QU mark at the valuation at that time.

• Total Supply: 67.6 billion QWALLET tokens.
• Fundraiser Allocation: 33.8 billion tokens were allocated for the fundraiser.
• Community and Development: The remaining tokens will be used for community incentives, development funds, and team allocations.

• Transfers: Send and receive QWALLET tokens between wallets.
• Payments: Use QWALLET tokens to pay for services within the Valis Wallet platform.

The QWALLET token will be used to create a liquidity pool (Valis Liquidity) for trading and earning passive income. Half of the funds raised will be allocated to this liquidity pool. QWALLET holders can participate in the liquidity pool to swap QWALLET for QU and earn trading fees.

QWALLET leverages the security features of the Qubic blockchain to ensure all transactions are secure and verifiable.
