Valis Wallet is a user-friendly wallet application designed for managing Qubic tokens. It allows users to securely store, send, and receive tokens, as well as view their transaction histories and balances. Valis Wallet is designed to be familiar to traditional crypto users, bridging the gap between the existing crypto universe and Qubic's unique technology. Valis Wallet is designed to be familiar to traditional crypto users, supporting both Qubic seeds and BIP39 seeds, and automatically handling failed transactions. As an open-source project, it benefits from community contributions and support, continually evolving to meet user needs.

1. Download the installer from the Valis Wallet download page.
2. Open the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Open the DMG file and drag the Qwallet application to the Applications folder.

1. Download the tar.gz file from the Valis Wallet download page.
2. Extract the file and run the installation script: sudo ./install.sh.

Launch Valis Wallet after installation and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup process. You will need to create or import a wallet to start using Valis Wallet.

1. Navigate to the "Wallets" section.
2. Click on "Create New Wallet" and follow the prompts to generate a new wallet address.

Select a wallet from the list to view its balance and transaction history.

1. To Send Tokens:
• Navigate to the "Send" section.
• Enter the recipient's address, the amount to send, and confirm the transaction.
2. To Receive Tokens:
• Navigate to the "Receive" section.
• Share your wallet address or QR code with the sender.

Select the wallet from the list to see a detailed list of its transactions, including timestamps, amounts, and statuses.

Valis Wallet uses websocket connections to provide real-time updates. Once connected to the Qubic network, Valis Wallet will automatically receive live updates on transactions and balances.

On October 19, 2024, the Qubic Steering Committee (SteCo) banned Valis from the Qubic Discord after we criticized SteCo's performance, strategy, and practices.

You can read evidence of how the Qubic Steering Committee (SteCo) orchestrated a pump-and-dump scheme using private SteCo-controlled Discord channels. They also retaliated against Valis for our criticisms, highlighting how dissent is suppressed under the current leadership.

The attacks from SteCo resulted in our inability to secure funds from the Qubic Computor Controlled Fund (CCF), leading us to shut down all services, including Valis Wallet and Valis Explorer.

If you have a 55-character seed and did not use derived addresses, you can migrate your account to another wallet independently. We estimate that 90% of Valis Wallet users fall into this category.

If you are in one of the following situations, you will need support from Valis to migrate your funds:

• You have a 55-character seed and used derived addresses.
• You used a 24-word seed.
• You hold QCAP tokens.
